Operational hours range within 10.00 to 22.00 WIB. Talent still have his responsibility aside from prioritizing the clients so both parties' understandings are very expected. Talent's replying time starts from 5 minutes to 1 hour. If the talent is away without any notice for more than 4 hours, client will be compensated with an hour added to the session.
Talent is not responsible for anything that happened outside the session.
Cancellation is prohibited, but a proper discussion to arrange the schedule is openly welcomed.
